Disclaimer and how we earn

North Bengaluru Plots markets Serene Greens, a plotted layout in Devanahalli, for CGBIP Housing Society. We do not own or sell the land and we are not a law firm. Details on this site are as the society lists them and have not been independently verified by us.

How we earn

We may be paid by CGBIP Housing Society, either per enquiry or as a share of the sale if you buy a plot. We are not neutral on whether you buy. Do not treat this site as independent advice.

Not legal advice

Guides on this site are general information and can be out of date. Approvals, rules and timelines change. Always verify title, approvals, land conversion, khata or e-Swathu status and RERA registration with the relevant authority and a qualified property lawyer of your choosing before you pay any money.

Infrastructure timelines

Dates for metro lines, roads and other projects come from public statements and have slipped before. Do not rely on them to price a purchase.
